How Does It Work?

• Order Placement: When you place an order on our website, your design is sent directly to our printers for production.
• Printing Process: We source printing through state-of-the-art facilities that handle the printing, ensuring vibrant colors, quality materials and durable prints.
• Shipping: Once printed, your order is shipped directly to your doorstep.

• Order Status: Check the status of your order with the Shop app or to track your order, log into your customer account. Alternatively, you may have to confirm your identity after a certain amount of time has passed, customers without an account might be required to verify their email address or phone number along with the order number to view the order details. Customers can locate your order number in the order confirmation sent to them by email or phone.
• Cancellation: Due to the nature of the direct to garment printing, we do not allow for cancellations at this time.
